•  Four teams round robin, 14 minute halves, 3 games each team, winner is best out of 3 games.

•  Cost is $225.00 per team; payment and registration form must be received before Dec.5th 2011. Men's division is $250.00 per team.

•  Registrations are on a first come, first served basis.
